Staff and uploaders (for their own items) get a Delete action on /detail/J-<id> with an inline confirmation; on success it returns to the library and refreshes files, duplicates and storage.

Production
Not wired up yet — planned: Nginx serving the SPA build, /media and /library media
directly, and proxying /api to Waitress/Django. See frontend/ design docs for the UI
specification.
