WIP: 1. need longcha's review. 2. need to move "性压抑" to zh_nsfw_meme after a better translation for heat/energy. Changes: Fix longcha's typo, split all meme advancements desc to zh_nefw_meme. (cherry picked from commit 92bccf96 db706191) and etc.

Since I am currently unable to complete the stupid Discord K-ID verification, I suppose I will have to continue the discussion here.
